Includes: - Informational call to go over the basics of sleep and setting foundations - Resource packet with information on how to support your child's sleep now and into the future (including sleep teaching resources!) - 3 Sleep plans for now, 3 months, and 4 months - 3 Follow up emails (must be used between 0-3 months) - Q & A time for any sleep questions you have
